Tuff tackle Pty Ltd provides warranty as specified for each product, warranty covers, manufacturers faults for the period specified for each product, warranties to do not cover general wear and tear or misuses of products, warranty claims are subject to tufftackle inspection for reasons of failure, to claim warranty - contact tufftackle pty ltd firstly then send item/s to tufftackle pty ltd with postage reply prepaid, items found to be broken or in need of repair form lack of maintenance, accidental damage, misuse or neglect will be repaired at the customers expense. Your product contains necessary contact info for warranty.

Warranty and Service Conditions:
Fishing rods : All rods are load tested to 20% above maximum drag settings before dispatch, breakage of the blank is not covered by warranty.
Breakage of the blank regardless of how it is broken entitles the owner to buy a replacement rod at 1/2 price.
Example: The tip is snapped off in the boot of the car. You can buy a replacment for $74.50 + delivery, if the highest price is $149 for that rod model.
The procedure, is to contact Tuff Tackle, and send part or all of the broken rod to Tuff Tackle.
Fishing rod warranty is 12 months from date of purchase and covers faulty workmanship and manufacturing defects.
Fishing reels: Reels must be cleaned and sprayed with lubricant after each use. Reels that are neglected or misused are regarded as void from original warranty conditions.
Fishing reel warranty is as specified for each model and covers faulty workmanship, faulty materials and manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, neglect or general wear and tear.
Service and warranty:
Any warranty claims or servicing freight costs are the responsibility of the product owner, including return freight costs.
$12 for each reel should be included in returning reels for service or warranty evaluation, failing to provide return cost money will result in COD charges payable to Australia post plus the standard postage charge.
Repairs carried out as a result of neglect or misuse will be sent back to the owner with a COD charge including cost of parts and labour. TuffTackle will notify the owner (if contact information has been provided) prior to return if product/s are found to be beyond reasonable cost to repair over $50.
Reels sent in for service covered in Fish gut, scales, sand, dirt, salt, barnacles, tangled fishing line, will be returned immediately without further inspection.
Service and warranty Instructions:
-Wash reel and lubricate with spray lube immediately after each use
- Send in reel/s inside a suitable protective box via Australia post registered with $12 cash, cheque or money order to cover return postage cost.
- If reels require replacement parts for reason of accidental damage, misuse, neglect or general wear and tear over $50 in value, we will contact you to discuss any options.
- Up to $50 in repair costs reels will be returned with a COD invoice to be paid to Australia post prior to collection, without prior notification.
